Build a weekly meal plan and grocery list
Start with your real schedule: which meals will you eat at home, how much cooking time do you have and what do you want to use? A useful plan leaves room for changes and connects choices to a list you can check.

Check your recipes and pantry. Write ingredients, quantities and units: this template does not calculate missing ingredients automatically.

From recipe to pantry: try the example
Sample data simulation. It saves no information, makes no purchases and does not change your account.

|---|---|---|---|

An example for organising the week
Monday: pasta with chickpeas. Tuesday: rice and zucchini. Wednesday: an omelette with a side dish. Thursday: vegetable couscous. Friday: fish and potatoes. Saturday: a family choice. Sunday: bean soup. These are calendar ideas, not a balanced diet plan or recipes checked for your individual needs.
Review before and after shopping
Check the pantry for duplicates and note what is missing. Update the inventory after buying. If you change a recipe, review the grocery ingredients too: the plan should follow your decisions.
From recipes or a diet plan to the app calendar
In the app, you can add recipes from your collection or meals from an imported or AI-proposed diet plan to your calendar. The public template on this page remains manual and separate: it does not import documents, generate diet plans or access your recipe collection.
