From recipe to pantry: try the example
Sample data simulation. It saves no information, makes no purchases and does not change your account.

A calendar for changing routines
Dinner out or ingredients you want to use can change your plans. Keep your choices together so you can review meals without rebuilding a separate list each time. Planning a month does not require a different tool for each week.
Bring in a diet plan received as a PDF
Paste the text of the plan received from your nutrition professional, including text from a PDF. Check the recognised meals, quantities and values before using them: bringing in the contents does not mean uploading the PDF file directly. You can then add meals from the diet plan to your calendar.
Generate an AI proposal from your recipes
AI can select recipes from your collection using your nutrition targets, preferences and goals to propose a diet plan. Check recipes, servings and estimates: matching targets and achieving goals are not guaranteed. An AI-generated diet must be validated by a doctor or nutrition professional before you follow it.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to plan a whole week?
No. Start with one meal and add more when you need to.
Is a meal calendar a personalised diet?
A calendar organises meals. It is not a nutrition prescription; AI diet proposals need professional validation.
